The philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the theory of balance within the body, mind and spirit as a whole. We start by nourishing the spirit "YANG SHENG". The principles of yang sheng are:
Practice love and compassion
Live in harmony with the laws of nature
Develop mindfulness through cultivating a calm and serene state of mind
Care for your body through proper nourishment, rest, relaxation and daily exercise.
