Awaken the unconscious with mindful living…..

About us

The philosophy of traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the theory of balance within the body, mind, and spirit. We start by nourishing the spirit “YANG SHENG”. The principles of yang sheng are:

  • Practice love and compassion

  • Live in harmony with the laws of nature

  • Develop mindfulness through cultivating a calm and serene state of mind

  • Care for your body through proper nourishment, rest, relaxation and daily exercise
